Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, recruiting, and employment labor law. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and providing support to employees throughout the organization.
Duties:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
- In-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
- Familiarity with employment labor law, including FMLA regulations
- Ability to source candidates through various channels and conduct effective interviews
